You (the buyer & registered member) can lease Javi Beatz non-exclusive Instrumentals & Beats for the following use:
- Music Albums
- Demo Songs
- Concert Events
- Radio
- Television
- Videos
- School Events
- DJ events
- Personal Use
- Some Commercial Use

Don’ts
You (the buyer & registered member) CAN NOT lease Javi Beatz non-exclusive Instrumentals & Beats for the following use:
- lease or resell as your own instrumental or beats
- claim the instrumental beat as your own (give credit where credit is due)
- offer as a free download on your website for others
- give away the beats to others who did not lease the instrumental beat
If you fail to comply with the Terms you may be fined or be subject to legal trouble.
